We are dedicated to providing comprehensive guidance and assessments to help you get your New Zealand Motorcycle License. We are committed to ensuring you have the skills and knowledge necessary for safe and enjoyable riding.

At CoastRider Motorcycle Training, we are redefining the way riders learn and move. Safety is paramount. Our mission is to empower individuals with the confidence and skills to ride safely on the roads. We strive to create a supportive learning environment where riders can enhance their abilities and become responsible members of the riding community.
As well as offering certifications such as BHSTs and CBTAs, we offer low-pressure one-on-one general training sessions. Riding should be fun and enjoyable as well as safe for everyone, and we at CoastRider hope to empower all future riders.

Scott Holden
INSTRUCTOR & EXAMINER
Scott is CoastRider's Instructor & Examiner. Growing up on a farm in Waimauku, Scott was on two wheels as often as he was on two legs, so bikes are in his blood.
Moving to Gulf Harbour on the Hibiscus Coast in 2018, he found himself wanting to make the most of exploring and enjoying the local bays and backroads in the funnest way possible and as much as possible, so he decided to jump on the bike and start looking at ways to help others embrace the scenic route around our incredible coastlines.
When not on the road bike (or helping you to be), he can be found on his dirt bike or his mountain bike. On rare occasions he's not on wheels, he enjoys hiking and exploring beaches with his partner and 2 rescue dogs.
